Who are Jehovah’s Witnesses?

Recently, on October 29th, a shocking series of explosions rocked a convention center in Kalamassery municipality of Ernakulam district, Kerala, during a prayer meeting of “Jehovah’s Witnesses.”

This tragic incident resulted in the loss of three lives, including a 12-year-old girl, and left more than 50 individuals injured.

The alleged perpetrator, Dominic Martin, surrendered to authorities, claiming to be a former member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

In a video posted on Facebook, Martin expressed his concerns about the Jehovah’s Witnesses’ teachings, describing them as anti-national. This incident has raised questions about the Jehovah’s Witnesses and their beliefs. Jehovah’s Witnesses are a Christian denomination with over 60,000 followers in India and 8.5 million worldwide.

This incident has thrust the Jehovah’s Witnesses into the spotlight, prompting a closer examination of their beliefs and practices.
